Scope:
- Determine maximum utilization of a corner lot for a multi-family housing complex. The site layout ended up including 36 apartment units with required on-site parking along with a dog park, and children’s play area

Program:
- 3 buildings with 12 living units each
- Each unit includes a dedicated attached garage
- 12 three-bedroom units
- 24 two-bedroom units
