residential design process and services offered

Residential design process

Successful home design requires organizing a large amount of information and filtering it into practical and exciting solutions that result in spaces that define your lifestyle. We utilize a multi-phase design process to layer information, one step at a time, while offering multiple design solutions for your review as your home comes to life. The process organizes your wants and needs into functional spaces and fitting designs that are developed by you.

We always want your vision to drive the design because this is your home. We work for you to get your ideas onto paper so that the home of your dreams can be accurately built. We encourage bringing photos and drawings or any other media that may help to express your ideas. An example idea board is within our resources page to see one example. Photos of houses you like or don’t like, sketches of floor plans, Pinterest boards, scrap books, real estate magazines, and written descriptions of needs you have are all encouraged.
